SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY Items, especially Alamo Lures™, may not be in stock. In such an event, shipment may be delayed for up to 30 days. You will be contacted with an estimated date of shipment when your order is processed. Special order items require an extended waiting period which will vary with the scheduled production load. Alamo Lures™ are produced seasonally from October to December. Lures may be available at other times on a limited basis or with a longer delivery time. Presently, the waiting period for special order items is estimated at 60 days. Please confirm via e-mail with Alamo Lure Company that your order will be processed in time if it is intended as a gift for a special occasion. All orders ship complete - no partial shipments will be made without your consent. Should the purchaser desire a partial shipment, the purchaser is liable for subsequent shipping costs. Stock items may be returned in unused condition for exchange, refund or credit. Except for manufacturing defects, special order items are non-refundable. In the event that an item is defective, it must be returned with a written explanation of the nature of defect. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Purchaser assumes all shipping and handling costs. PAYMENT Payment is accepted in United States Dollars (USD) only, in the form of personal check or money order. CREDIT CARD payment is accepted through our distributors via. telephone order. Prices, shipping costs and product availability may vary. For distributor links, click here. US Mail First Class unless arranged otherwise via e-mail correspondence. Presently, Alamo Lure Co. only accepts orders with shipping destinations within the United States. For destinations outside of the Continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories), you must contact us via e-mail for additional required charges. Failure to do so will delya processing. No tax is charged for orders outside of Texas. Listed below is the postage schedule for US Mail First Class.
